He arrived at the company in April of this year. He had just spent a year working in Canada. Before she had been, from 2020 to 2022, marketing manager of Coheco, a company that manages the Mitsubishi brand in Ecuador. She had arrived there after 17 years at the Corporación Maresa distributor, where she was brand manager of Fiat, Chrysler and Mazda. She also worked at the MullenLowe Delta advertising agency. Regarding her academic training, she has a degree in advertising from the Equinoccial Technological University, she has an MBA from the University of the Armed Forces – ESPE and specialized in marketing at the Aden Business School.
Sebastian Becerra Flores
MARKETING MANAGER AT SUZUKI AUTOS
He began his career in agencies: McCann, Badenova, La Facultad and Santuario. He then moved to Spain to work at Seat. Upon his return to Ecuador, he was appointed director of sales and marketing at Maseni Logistics. There he remained until February 2021, when he joined Suzuki as head of marketing. In January 2023 he took over his current position. At the academic level, he graduated in advertising at the San Francisco de Quito University and later took two master’s degrees in Spain: at the Ramon Llull University and the UPF Barcelona School of Management.

MARKETING COORDINATOR AT RENAULT
He joined Renault in December 2022, with his current position. He had previously worked for almost five years at AHK | German Euatorian Chamber, from where he retired as coordinator of loyalty and project management and manager of partners. At the beginning of his career, he had been a communications intern at the University of the Armed Forces and a marketing intern at Banco del Pacífico. He is a marketing engineer from UFA and has a master’s degree in marketing management from the OBS Business School and another from the University of Barcelona.

MARKETING MANAGER AT AUDI
With a degree in business communication from the Universidad de Las Américas (EC) and a master’s degree in digital marketing from the OBS Business School, he began his career at Latinmanagers as a community manager, a position he would later hold at the Quito Metropolitan Agency. He later commanded the marketing area at Profomesfera and was a senior account manager at Echannel, a company in which he remained until December 2020, when he landed at Audi to occupy his current position.

He arrived at Toyota in August 2019, after extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry: he spent more than eleven years at Novartis and four at Grünenthal, where he started as marketing head. She graduated in business administration and marketing at the Universidad San Francisco de Quito, she completed an MBA from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey.
Jesus David Gonzalez
MARKETING MANAGER OF MARESA CORPORATION
He graduated in advertising and marketing from the Alejandro de Humboldt University in Venezuela, a country where he began his career as an event producer and later as a planning and marketing coordinator at two automotive companies: first at Kia Motors and later at Fiat. After a stint at the Mapfre insurance company, he moved to Ecuador to be head of sales at Etafashion. In November 2018, he moved to Mercedes Benz, after an experience in Dilipa. Finally, in March of this year he joined Corporación Maresa, which distributes Mazda, Fiat, Jeep, Dodge, RAM, Orgu Ford, Chery and Dongfeng in Ecuador.

MARKETING MANAGER AT GENERAL MOTORS
He has been with the company for almost thirteen and a half years: he joined the company in February 2010 as a sales district manager, he has held various positions and in April 2018 he assumed the current one. He had previously spent five and a half years at Opel, from where he retired as carline marketing manager for Italy. In his early stages at General Motors, from 1997 to 2001 and from 2003 to 2004, he was a project engineer, service engineer and new business coordinator; in between, for ten months from 2002 to 2003, he was an assistant brand manager at Mercedes-Benz Italia. He is an automotive engineer from ISSAM in Modena, Italy, and has an MBA from Luiss Guido Carli University.
John Paul Madero
SALES AND MARKETING MANAGER OF MASTERMOTO
He has extensive academic training: he has a master’s degree in marketing management and business management from the OBS Business School and the University of Barcelona; he has a degree in social communication and advertising from the University of Azuay; and he completed a postgraduate degree in integrated communications at the National University of La Plata (Argentina) and is a television production technologist from the University of Azuay. He was marketing manager for Honda in Ecuador from February 2015 to August 2021. He had previously worked at Corporación Mucho Mejor, Negocios Corporativos, Banco Solidario and Indurama. In recent years he was marketing manager for Moxal Parts and set up his own human power strategies consultancy. It arrived at MasterMoto ―#1 motorcycle retailer in Ecuador, of the Honda, KTM, Husqvarna, Bajaj, Daytona, Motor 1, Sukida, Haojue, Benelli, Factory, Keeway and Shineray brands― in September 2022.
Alejandro Montalvo
MAVESA GROUP MARKETING MANAGER
He entered the company in March 2022, a distributor that in Ecuador sells the Citroen, Hino, DS Automobiles, Skywell and ZXAuto brands. Before, throughout his career, he had worked for DHL, DirecTV Latin America, Philip Morris International and Samsung. He is a commercial engineer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Ecuador.
