He Laboratory It is a space that combines the preparation of proposals for improvement for programs and projects to promote science and technology implemented by governments in the region, with the strengthening of postgraduate training.
There, the Argentine governments of Chaco, Salta, Santa Fe and Tierra del Fuego, and the Araucaria Foundation of the Brazilian state of Paraná presented the programs that will be working on in this edition.
The governments of Chaco, Salta and Tierra del Fuego presented programs co-financed with the FONTAR program, from the R+D+i Agency, aimed at supporting business innovation projects.
For its part, the province of Santa Fe presented its CDAT call, aimed at expanding the capacities of Technology Development and Acceleration Centers.
And the government of Paraná described its initiative of New Arranjos de Pesquisa e Innovacao (NAPIs).
The event began with words of welcome from Guillermo Anlló, UNESCO Regional Specialist for Latin America and the Caribbean in Science, Technology and Innovation, Fernando Peirano (President of the R+D+i Agency) and Carmen Diego Fonseca, from the Training Center of the (AECID), based in Montevideo.
This edition has the participation of 22 advanced students from 14 postgraduate courses from Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Uruguay. The meeting was also attended by civil servants and postgraduates who were part of previous editions.
