In the digital age we live in, data centers have become the lifeblood of business operations. However, as organizations grow and expand, managing and maintaining data centers becomes increasingly complex and expensive.
Thus, BT has expanded its collaboration with ServiceNowto improve operational efficiency. Their joint goal is to introduce a complete Data Center as a Service (CCaaS) solution, combining digital workflows, global communications and a cloud data center platform.
“Integrating communications into workflows and case management simplifies compliance processes, makes teams more efficient and provides a better experience for everyone,” said Andrew Small, director of voice and digital work, at Business BT.
Simplify data centers
The introduction of this new service is a direct response to customer needs to simplify and streamline the digitization of their data centers and workflows. Digitization, which involves migrating these systems to the cloud, provides more flexible and responsive user experiences.
