The Governing Board of the Provincial Council has approved a new line of subsidies that was created with the aim of helping the digitization of Soria companies. It receives the name of Digital Kit and is “completely independent” from other calls with a similar name at the state level, as explained by Benito Serrano.
The provincial institution reserves a game of 500,000 euros of its own funds for the modernization of equipment, “mainly from Soria’s commerce that now has the need to leave the province”, has pointed out the president of the Soria Provincial Council.
These subsidies may be accessed by all companies located in any Soria town, including the capital. The only requirement is that they are SMEs with less than 10 workers or self-employed. The Diputación will finance the acquisition of hardware, that is, computer and telecommunications equipment.
