The Home Depot partners with Cornershop to deliver products in 60 minutes in Mexico

The Home Depot strengthens its strategy of retail interconnected through an alliance with Cornershop by Uber to arrive in 60 minutes (or less) to the door of its clients’ homes in Mexico.

“At The Home Depot we want each of our customers to live the best personalized experience regardless of the channel they use to purchase their products and carry out their projects at home. In addition, we want you to receive your items in the shortest possible time. For this reason, we collaborate with Cornershop by Uber and thus be one click away from transforming their homes at any time,” said Érika Díaz, Vice President of Marketing, Online Sales and Special Services at The Home Depot Mexico.

Cornershop is a technology platform designed for consumers to browse and purchase products from local supermarkets, independent grocery stores, and local specialty stores for on-the-spot or scheduled delivery in as little as 60 minutes. In the “Home and Decoration” section, users can access The Home Depot with more than 9,000 products available such as plants, organization, painting, cleaning, tools, plumbing, lighting, among others.

This strategic alliance aims to respond to the need of customers to receive their products in record times; It has been extended to different cities in Mexico such as: Aguascalientes, Cancún, Chihuahua, Mexico City, Ciudad Juárez, Cuernavaca, Guadalajara, Hermosillo, León, Mérida, Morelia, Puebla, Querétaro, San Luis Potosí, Toluca and Tijuana.
