MADXchange returns to Madrid to promote AI and transformation

If we start talking about complexities in the customer experience sector, I would highlight the subjectivity of the processes. And it is that the experience cannot be measured beyond the metrics that the experts are in charge of pursuing. Even so, the result is not something tangible and to know the true effect, we need meetings where pioneering companies show us the success of their projects.

And this is what they plan to do from Madison in the VII edition of MADXchange of customer experience. The meeting, held at Ayre Gran Hotel Colón in Madridseeks to promote the transmission of knowledge and experiences among the participants, while they value the importance of CX through presentations, use cases and expert panels.

Thus, from 10:00 to 15:00 professionals from the leading companies will demonstrate to the audience that the Artificial intelligence and digital transformation are two concepts capable of uniting to enhance the employee experience, increase results and strengthen customer relationships.

Trends that will revolutionize the CX of the future

The meeting will feature two panels of experts. One of them, on “total experience” in different sectors of activity that will be presented by Alberto Vielba, director of BPO contact center and will feature leading personalities from the sector:

  • Loreto Núñez de Valverde y Llorohead customer experience at Sweno Energía.
  • Jose Manuel Rosa Duransenior advisor insurance at MAPFRE
  • Jose Luis Delmasdirector of CX, insights & analytics at Madison Experience Marketing

The second panel of experts will address the topic of digital transformation, AI, blockchain and automation to deliver a customer experience based on trust, the security of customer information, efficiency and profitability. The round table will be moderated by Javier Bizuela Carrión, CIO at Madison Experience Marketing and will feature renowned personalities:
