Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming the way we live and work. It helps improve our ability to solve problems and make informed decisions. However, there are also legitimate concerns about the risks associated with using these tools. It is necessary to address them. AI can be a powerful tool to help businesses and organizations solve complex problems, but it can also be used to manipulate people or perpetuate bias and discrimination. It is important that rigorous ethical and privacy standards are established and enforced for the use of AI. It is important to ensure that AI is used responsibly and safely. As it becomes more advanced, it also becomes more difficult to understand and control. It is crucial that developers and users of AI are aware of the potential risks associated with its use and that they work together to minimize these risks.

social housing
When an offer of social housing is announced, in its different modalities, these two words usually accompany it below: for young people. And the requirements to be met include the maximum age of 35 years. There are many citizens in this country who, even when they are over 40, are forced to live with their parents due to the dire working conditions of their jobs, in addition to the unattainable prices of housing, whether for rent or purchase. Thousands of those people are today mired in this unfair situation. They are the great forgotten, and unfortunately there are many. The Government is going to carry out a project to create social housing. We trust and hope that they also remember those over 35 years of age.

Changes in penalties
Without going into the many aspects of the application of the call law of only yes is yes, I want to point out a collateral effect of the debate caused by the social alarm in the face of the revisions of sentences. The argument regarding the grievance that crime victims may feel in the face of any reduction in sentences tends to set a serious precedent for our legality: marking the highest punishment as the only acceptable sense if there are changes, and denying the possibility of different rational criteria, and even ignoring constitutional precepts on the purpose of the prison system.

cement parks
The top brass of any Administration fill their mouths with that green instead of cement. If that were true, no problem. But look in any municipality: most of the squares or public parks built or decorated in the last 25 years are made of cement. Where have the public squares and parks of yesteryear been, with that splendid green and that sand to safely develop children’s games? A lot of green, but it must be in dreams; because the predominant thing in our parks and our public squares is cement. And then they sell us the slogan of green and nature.
