Honor is taking advantage of the Mobile World Congress these days to present its proposal for folding smartphones. This is the Honor Magic Vs, the first folding that the company will market outside of the Chinese market, where it already has the Honor Magic V.
Folding smartphones are unquestionably one of the main protagonists of this Mobile World Congress 2023 which is held until March 2 in Barcelona. Honor is one of the brands that attends the appointment with the first foldable smartphone to launch outside of the Chinese market.
Honor vs. Based on Android 13 (MagicOS 7.), it has a 6.4-inch OLED external screen with FullHD+ resolution of 2,560 x 1080 pixels. When opened, the OLED screen has 7.9 inches and a resolution of 2,272 x 1,984 pixels.

However, in the Spanish market it will only be available with the configuration of 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
As for its connectivity, it has options for 5G NSA/SA, 4G, Dual nanoSIM, and USB C.
In terms of cameras, the Magic Vs has a triple system with a 54MP IMX800 sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide macro lens, as well as an 8MP 3x optical zoom camera.
Honor Magic Vs bets on efficient design
With a design of ultralight hingefor which the company has reduced the number of components used in this gearless mechanism from 92 to 4. As he assures, in this way it allows up to 400,000 folds to be made throughout its useful life.
With that, the smartphone sees the use of components reduced by 96%which also lightens its weight by 62%, going from 293 to 261 grams, and from 14.3 to 12.3 millimeters.
Honor Magic Vs is expected to be available in the Spanish market from next June starting at 1,599 euros.
