Guatemala. Herbalife Ltd. (NYSE: HLF), a premier health and wellness company and community, today announced senior executive leadership changes. As part of the succession management process, the company announced the retirement of Mark Schissel on July 1, after 16 years of leadership. Frank Lamberti will be appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In addition, the Company announced the expansion of the role of Ibi Montesino, Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff; and the appointment of Rob Levy as Regional President of the Americas. The three executives will assume their roles effective July 1, 2023 and will report directly to Michael Johnson, CEO.
Schissel will assume the strategic advisory role to ensure a smooth transition and will continue to work on special projects.

In his new role, Lamberti will be responsible for overseeing supply chain and product innovation, digital content and infrastructure, distributor analytics and sales; as well as back office operations. Lamberti joined Herbalife in 2005 as vice president of investor relations and held countless leadership positions, including most recently as Regional President of the Americas, working closely with distributors and their customers. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President of Dealer and Customer Experience.
He also worked internationally as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of North Asia.
The expansion in Montesino’s role will include all international dealer-facing businesses including sales, marketing and dealer operation functions, as well as all aspects of management and employee relations. Ibi joined the Company in 1998 as a personal care assistant and then transitioned into product marketing before entering the NAM region, where she held multiple roles including director, senior director, vice president of sales and marketing for the US Latino market. United States and eventually led the entire North American market. Currently, as Executive Vice President of Distributor and Customer Experience, she oversees functions that develop and deliver innovative tools and programs to support Independent Distributors and their customers.
Rob Levy has been appointed as Americas Regional President and will be responsible for all strategic, sales and marketing functions across the region. As director of the Americas, his supervision includes North America, Central and South America, Mexico and Brazil. A longtime industry veteran with 28 years with Herbalife, Levy led each of the regions during his tenure and was instrumental in expanding Herbalife into half of the Company’s current markets. Today he serves as Executive Vice President of International Distributor Affairs.
