There are Word procedures that are done automatically, such as following a sequence of numbers as a list. However, if what you want is to create a numbered list in reverse and automatically, keep reading the tutorial that we show you below.
Open the document
Open a Word document and place the cursor in the part of the document where you want to start making the list. In the example we are going to create a list of six names. If you’re on a version of Word older than 2007, click Insert and Field. Instead, if you have a more recent version, access the tab Insert and click on elements and rapids and then click on Field.
Create your list

On the screen that appears below, select the field I know that and in the section on the right enter the name of the list you want to create, for example “My list”. Click on Accept and now you will see something like this in the document:
Set up your list

Optionally, you can type a period that will later separate the number from the list and make it look like this: {SEQ MyList \ MERFORMAT} and click at the same time on Alt+F9 to see the result.
Write the terms
Select the number and press Ctrl + C. Position the cursor just below and press Ctrl+V to leave a copy of the copied number. Repeat this process until you complete the numbered list in this case, of six terms.
Reverse the order
Now select all the numbers, press the key F9 and from Start click on the button where you see drawn a A-Z with a down arrow, select Falling and Accept.
Write the content
In a matter of seconds, you will be able to see a new list in reverse order. Now you can place yourself in each line to write the content.
