The company Kubik Data is already declared bankrupt and closed. An order from Barcelona Mercantile Court number 5 decrees its voluntary bankruptcy. The company’s balance sheet has the particularity that it lacks assets and, consequently, those affected will not receive a penny.
Given the ruinous situation, the court refrains from appointing a bankruptcy administrator. The representative creditors of 5% of the liabilities can request it if they suspect that actions have been committed that could lead to the declaration of guilty bankruptcy.

Carl Jochen Tesmar founded Kubik Data in 2019. Shortly after, other investors joined, such as Oscar Pierre Prats (father of the founder of balloon, Oscar Pierre Miquel), Xavier Vidal Foraste, Jose Marcos Martinez and Juan Ignacio Soler Cabot.
Kubik is a digital marketing firm. It was proposed to revolutionize the sector with a user payment system for viewing advertisements. The objective of Kubik rested on competing with Google and scratch a slice of the immense cake that the American giant monopolizes.

The initial good intentions were never fulfilled and Kubik drifted away. The income was tiny. In the four years of life they do not even reach 100,000 euros altogether. In parallel, the company shows accumulated losses of 2 million, which have devoured all the capital.
