The training is free and is based on the creation of augmented reality filters through the Meta Spark platform and its different fields of application. The first class was held, in blended mode, together with fourteen other selected digital points from the rest of the country.
The Trelew Digital Point (PDT) began, this Wednesday, the Augmented Reality Filter Creation course, through the Meta Spark platform. The first class was held in blended mode and simultaneously with fourteen other digital points selected from the rest of the country.
The PDT was selected by the Secretariat of Productive Innovation of the Nation, as one of the fifteen in the country authorized to provide this training. The initiative is developed by Facebook through the Spark AR Studio program, and by Puerta 18, a social non-formal education program that has technology as its central tool. The training depends on Meta, a company that globally manages the Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp platforms.
The course is coordinated locally by Santiago Sobredo. This first meeting will be complemented with a subsequent work through the virtual platform that will allow the people who carry out the training, in addition to the incorporation of knowledge, to access an international certification granted by Meta.
The training instance includes knowledge about what Augmented Reality and Social Network Filters mean in the practices of digital culture and its possible fields of application, both personally and at work. In addition, it offers a hands-on filter creation experience and a tour of the Puerta 18 site.
