The issue of the advantages, disadvantages, dangers and need to regulate what we know as Artificial Intelligence is one that is debated every day in the world. The United States Congress held a series of hearings on this issue. According to Doctor Walter Santaliz, a specialist in Leadership development, Organizational Transformation and Professional Ethical Behavior, artificial intelligence can replace human capital, but “not” in the dimensions projected in some sectors. As a student at the Complutense University in Madrid, at the end of the 70s and beginning of the 80s, Santaliz recalls that from the academy there was already a dialogue on this subject in the legal aspect, copyright, human aspect, among others.
