The Palencia Acelera Pyme Office organizes these conferences within the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, financed with Next Generation European funds, with the support of the Palencia Provincial Council and the Public Entity Red.es, attached to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Transformation Digital.
Through the “Red Oficinas Acelera Pyme Palencia Rural (R-OAP-PRURAL)” program of the Diputación de Palencia included in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan – financed by the European Union – NEXTGENERATIONEU, which will last until the end of next year, is informed and accompanies in the processes of digital transformation of companies, to facilitate an improvement in their competitiveness, expanding markets and creating new business opportunities that will contribute to the generation of employment and the maintenance of the population in the context of the demographic challenge.
To this end, a series of conferences and workshops have been scheduled in June. Accelera Pyme Palencia advances in its work of growth and success of local companies, offering updated tools and knowledge to face the challenges of today’s business world.
Due to this, new information sessions have already been scheduled for the month of June. These events, designed to boost the growth and digitization of companies, will feature specialized speakers on each topic.
Thursday June 1The conference will take place online at 6:00 p.m. “What you don’t know and should know about data protection”. In this workshop, participants will learn what are the key aspects of data protection and how to implement it within their business.
On the other hand, Thursday June 15 Two other days will be held. The first of them, to be held in Carrion de los Condes at 3:30 p.m. on “Digital Marketing for hotels and restaurants in rural areas”. There, the main digital advertising platforms will be explored and they will be taught how to design successful advertising campaigns based on the objectives to be pursued.
At the second session, to be held in Monzón de Campos at 6:00 p.m. on “Digital Tools for Businesses in Rural Environments”, attendees will discover effective strategies to improve their search engine rankings without resorting to advertising.
He last may, two awareness sessions were held in Saldaña and Osorno, in order to provide attendees with key tools to improve their digital presence and strategically plan their websites. The first called “How to appear in search engines and digital maps”, in which strategies were bet to increase the presence in search engines and digital maps. And the second, which had the purpose of “Planning an effective website”, for the improving your online business. Previously, they were developed in Villamuriel, Astudillo and Baltanás.
The Acelera Pyme Offices launched throughout Spain by Red.es, a public entity attached to the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation Through the Secretary of State for Digitization and Artificial Intelligence, they have a global budget of 23.8 million euros, of which Red.es will contribute up to 80% of the eligible budget and the beneficiary entities the rest. The actions are financed by the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan through the Next Generation EU funds, within the framework of the Spain Digital 2026 agenda and the SME Digitization Plan 2021-2025, whose fourth measure of the axis of action ” Basic digitization for SMEs”, includes the creation of a network of Acelera Pyme Offices.

The meetings are aimed at both the self-employed and SMEs as well as entrepreneurs from the different regions and they will provide information on the program and the importance of adopting a business culture based on innovation and technological development.
