This photo, which recently looked back at NASA’s Perseverance robotic rover, is a magnificent graphic summary of the long haul traveled by this six-wheeled robot.
Perseverance left Earth on July 30, 2020 and landed on the surface of Mars on February 18, 2021. Since then, it has been moving through the Red Planet, exploring them and looking for traces of life.
The tones in the photo have been adjusted by NASA technicians to make the displayed image as close as possible to what human eyes would see from the location Perseverance was in when the photo was taken. (Fountain: NCYT by Amazings)
